Return of an item
All returns must be confirmed before sending an item back we also have to agreed to the return postage cost if you take it up on your self to return an item with out us agreeing the return cost we will not cover the return cost we will also no be responsible for any custom charges,
We do not accept return on personalised items , this is any item that we have had to add the wording to even if it is just bride , as all items are plain and the wording you have chosen and the wording colour personalised does not mean just a name personalised is any wording we have had to add to the clothing , slippers. we will only refund if we have made a spelling mistake you must check all spellings ,
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
